About temporary workforce
Look For Staff's temporary workforce service means providing employees for the companies for a given period of time. The idea of labour leasing is that our team takes over the duties connected to recruitment and personnel administration. Such a solution allows our Clients to match their employment level to current market situation with no need to cover the cost of employing permanent staff.
Temporary Work Agencies are legally obliged to run their business according to the existing law. The basis for their operation is 9 July 2003 Bill on employing temporary staff. According to the existing Bill, Look For Staff signs work contracts with persons delegated to work for the Client, called Employer User.
Use of services provided by our Agency allows for greater flexibility of employment. Clients benefit from:
- Flexible and fast employment and termination of employment,
- Limiting time and cost devoted to personnel recruitment and selection,
- Transfer of obligation to run personnel administration and to pay remuneration,
- Checking the employee before actual employment,
- Employing temporary staff multiple times for a limited period of time (direct employer has no such possibility),
- Termination of a work contract with 3 days (for contracts concluded for up to 2 weeks) or 1 week (for contracts for a longer period of time than 2 weeks) advance notice period.
